2. What data we collect
- Contact, membership and comment forms: name or company name, e-mail, phone, sector, subject and message. They are sent by e-mail to eMT cluster so we can reply or review your application (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). They are not stored in a database on the website. Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply to you; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Technical data: every visit passes through our servers and Cloudflare, which see your IP address, browser and the page you asked for. This is used only to run and protect the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Cookieless statistics (Umami): we count visits with Umami, hosted on our own server in the EU (analytics.enateam.gr). It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address or any other personal data, and ignores URL query strings and hashes. No consent is needed (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Error monitoring (GlitchTip): if a page fails, technical error details and page-speed timings are sent to GlitchTip, hosted on our own server (errors.enateam.gr). It uses no cookies and sends no user details or form contents.
- Google Analytics 4 (only with consent): if you click "Accept", Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) loads for traffic statistics. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you click "Reject" or make no choice, it does not load.

The Facebook and LinkedIn icons are plain links; nothing loads from those networks until you click them.
5. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data (GDPR Art. 15–22). E-mail us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
