The support entity of eMT cluster, a developing ecosystem of technologies in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace with the participation of 18 member, is the company ena Development Consultants.
The goal of the eMT cluster is the development of a technology ecosystem, which will accelerate and simultaneously reduce the cost of adapting businesses to digital transformation, introducing the term fast digital onboarding.
In the eMT cluster, innovative methods are combined which allows a business of any size to integrate comprehensive operational support technologies, while also focusing on adapting the human factor to the changes brought about by digital transformation.

The first meeting of all the businesses and organizations that participated as members in the Eastern Macedonia-Thrace technology innovation cluster titled eMT cluster was successfully held in 25th. of November 2022.

The application fields of the eMT cluster are the main economic sectors of the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region, namely Agri-Food, Manufacturing, and Urban Mobility.
Purpose, Goals & Results of the eMT cluster
The ultimate purpose of the eMT cluster is the development in the Eastern Macedonia-Thrace region of a high-class technology innovation hub and a reference point for innovation at a European level, which will contribute to the development of new technologies, the attraction of scientists, and the tangible contribution to the increase of the region's and the country's GDP.
A significant goal of the eMT cluster is to strengthen the businesses of the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region in accessing the digital world and highlighting the benefits created in their activities from the use of modern technological methods that give equal importance to improving their financial results, protecting the environment, adhering to necessary quality standards, and sustainably supporting the social whole.
As the related needs are common for other regions of Greece and are simultaneously of interest to the European Union, the eMT cluster will operate as a reference point, seeking the repetition of similar projects at national and European levels.
Supporting Entity of the eMT cluster
The supporting entity of the eMT cluster is the company ena Development Consultants based in Xanthi, which was approved as such within the framework of the 1st call of the action "Collaborative Innovation Formations - CIF" of EPANEK Axis 2 of the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT).
Following the relevant procedure, the final form of the eMT cluster will be shaped with the proposal to be submitted in the coming days within the framework of the 2nd call - for Businesses of the action "Collaborative Innovation Formations - CIF"
The goal of the eMT cluster is to reduce the cost of adapting businesses to digital transformation.
